Jorden Brooks-Grimes

our 1st Place Recipient of an $8000 is Jorden Brooks-Grimes, hailing from East Carroll Parish, is headed to Southern University in Baton Rouge to major in Business Management.

JHS Fund 2nd Place Recipient:

Shamarion Hardmon

Our second-place recipient of a $4,000 scholarship is Shamarion Hardmon of East Carroll Parish. Shamarion is headed to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette to major in Biology with her sights set on a career in Medicine.

Dan V. Snedecor Award Recipient

Steven Rivera

Our $4000 Dan V. Snedecor Award Recipient, Steven Rivera of Madison Parish is headed to Louisiana Tech University to study Agricultural Business. He’s carrying forward the legacy of a man who believed in building community from the ground up.
